The Changer Punch 4 Multi Function Binder is the perfect punching machine for copyshops or commercial print providers. Why have various different binding machines sitting idly and taking up space when you can have one punching machine with different punching tools. Add different punching tools as your binding requirements change.
Punching tools are available for different patterns including :-
- 2:1 wire (square 6 x 6mm, 4 x 5.5mm & round 6.5mm)
- 3:1 wire (square 4x4mm & round 4mm)
- 3:1 Calendar (square 4x4mm & round 4mm)
- Plastic Comb 3 x 8mm
- Coils (round 4mm ), 4:1 pattern.
Tools can be changed in seconds, giving flexibility across multiple binding styles. Punching is actuated via foot switch or sensor for high volume production.
For each type of punching you need to add a closer :-
- Wire closer, electric or manual
- Comb Closer
- Coil Insertor with manual or electric crimping
