Veladuo Automatic Laminator

The Veladuo Automatic Laminator is a Fully automatic single and double side laminator, designed for simple and efficient operation, capable of supporting intensive work runs . Veladuo ensures a wide range of paper formats and supports materials up to 500 g/m2. With a production capacity of up to 10 m/min, it guarantees high-level performance. The high pile vacuum feeder allows automatic operations without operator supervision.

With the Veladuo automatic laminator, a perfectly laminated document is always guaranteed, thanks to the pressure applied by the pneumatic system, which is fully adjustable according to the job requirements. The machine is equipped with both vacuum feeder and bursting system, which allows a fully automatic laminating process either on single and double side lamination. All settings can be managed in a few seconds directly from the large and intuitive touchscreen display. Veladuo automatically adjusts the feeding speed according to the paper position to ensure accurate overlap for every fed sheet.

High-pile automatic feeder, precision meets silence!

The laminator is equipped with a high-pile suction feeder that ensures efficient handling of various paper weights. Precise adjustments of the air flow allows to process even the most challenging electrostatically charged papers. Its patented suction system optimizes sheet pickup, even with slippery papers, and operates with low noise, as it does not require a vacuum pump. This feeder can accommodate sheets up to 999 mm in length and a stack height of 150 mm, enhancing the machine’s versatility for a wide range of laminating needs and reliability in high-demand environments

Foldable feeder table:

this is an exclusive system that facilitates the loading of the lower laminating roll and, if necessary, allows for reducing the machine’s footprint.

Intelligence 4.0

An intuitive interface is available through the 7” touchscreen display, where alle the job settings can be fully customized accoring to needs. Among the features of the new software, the possibility to obtain production reports and integrate the machine in an Industry 4.0 perspective. The innovative user interface allows an optimal user experience by guiding the operator in setting the optimal parameters required for each process with extreme ease.
